Seeking Ayurvedic Remedies for Persistent Cold and Cough - #46518

For the past few days, I've had a cold and cough due to the climate. Can you suggest some Ayurvedic remedies to help me recover? I vomited phlegm and still haven't recovered. Despite visiting a doctor and taking allopathic medication, I'm yet to see any improvement.
