Aapke jo symptoms hai, wo thoda complex lagte hai. Ankhon me jhilmilahat aur chamakte hue dots dekhne ka matlab ho sakta hai ki aapke ankhon me yeh instanten reactions ho rahe hai jo pitta dosha ka imbalance bhi dikha sakte hai. Aksar, excessive heat aur acidity bhi ankhon par asar dalte hain.

Pehla step ye hoga ki aap din me pani zyada piyein. Yeh body mein pitta ko shaant karne mein madad karega. Aloe vera juice ya giloy ka juice morning mein lena helpful ho sakta hai, kyunki ye cooling effect dete hain. Vishesh tor par, agar dhup me aaise nazar aata hai toh ye excess pitta prakop ko indicate karta hai.

Aap garmi aur tej light se kuch waqt ke liye bachen, sun-glasses pehan sakte hain. Ankhon ko thoda aram dene ke liye rose water ke cotton pads ya cucumber slices rakh sakte hain din mein 10-15 minute tak.
