Hello, 1. Agastya rasayana in the dosage of one teaspoon to be chewed followed by sipping one cup of boiled hot water after breakfast and at bed time. 2. Talisapatradi churnam/talisadi churna Boil one cup of water; add one teaspoon of churnam; let it stay for 3 minutes; now strain to remove the powder; sip thi \s hot tea by adding 1/2 tsp of honey. To be taken after breakfast, after lunch and after dinner.

Lifestyle: 1. avoid exposure to dry breeze, mist, dust, direct exposure to fan and air conditioning. 2. Cover yourself properly if you are going out. 3. Reduce speech.

Diet: 1. Drink boiled warm water through out the day. 2. Avoid milk and milk products.
