The discomfort you feel on the left side of the head near the temple along with mild dizziness while walking or riding a bike and pulsating sensation in the ear and other areas is most commonly related to stress induced nerve and muscle tension along with circulation imbalance in the head and neck region Since this has been present for a few months and is mild in intensity it does not suggest anything dangerous but it does indicate that the body is under prolonged strain

Stress and anxiety are strong triggers for such symptoms When stress remains for long time the muscles around the neck jaw scalp and temples remain tight blood flow becomes irregular and this can create pulsating sensations pressure discomfort ear fullness and light dizziness especially during movement

Long hours of sitting bending the neck forward using mobile or computer riding bike with neck strain can irritate cervical nerves and blood vessels leading to one sided head symptoms

Start with Ashwagandha churna 1 tsp at night Medha vati 1 tablet twice daily Saraswathi aristha 4 tsp with sweater after meals

Poor sleep ,dehydration ,irregular meals ,and excess screen time can worsen these sensations.

Sleep at regular time and ensure adequate rest Avoid late nights Reduce screen time especially at night

Avoid prolonged riding bike or if needed keep rides short and maintain proper posture Do not suddenly turn or jerk the neck

Doneck and shoulder exercises within comfort is helpful Warm oil application over neck shoulders and temples with sesame oil or brahmi oil in the evening followed by mild warmth can reduce tension

Drink sufficient water through the day

Avoid excess tea coffee energy drinks smoking and alcohol if applicable Avoid skipping meals

Slow deep breathing meditation calming music or short walks in fresh air help reduce anxiety related symptoms

Since symptoms are ongoing for months it is advisable to rule out common contributors Blood pressure check Hemoglobin Vitamin B12 Vitamin D Eye examination if you strain eyes often

If dizziness increases becomes spinning type if there is vomiting vision disturbance speech difficulty weakness or severe headache then immediate medical evaluation is required

Right now your symptoms appear functional and stress related and they usually improve with posture correction stress reduction and proper care

Do not keep worrying about it Anxiety itself amplifies sensations and makes them feel stronger

With consistent routine calmness and self care you should notice gradual relief

Hello I get that you’re feeling pretty crummy with that head discomfort and dizziness. Don’t worry, we are here to help you out😊

YOUR CONCERN

Symptoms: –You’ve got this uncomfortable, kinda throbbing feeling on the left side of your head (your temple). –Plus, you’re getting dizzy sometimes when you walk or ride your bike, and your left ear is doing some pulsing too.

How long? – This has been happening for about 1 to 6 months.

What makes it worse? Stress and anxiety really seem to kick it off.

AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING

This sounds like your Vata and Pitta are a bit out of whack, especially Vata messing with your head and nerves. Those pulsing feelings and dizziness often point to an issue with something called Prana Vata. And it makes sense that stress and anxiety would just rev up your Vata and make everything worse.

TREATMENT GOAL

* Get your Vata and Pitta back in balance. * Calm down your nervous system and cut down on the dizziness. * Stop that head discomfort and pulsing. * Help you relax and think clearly.

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

INTERNAL MEDICATION

1.Brahmi Capsule Take 1 capsule with milk before bed.

2. Ashwagandha: One capsule in the morning and one in the evening after your meals

3.Shankhpushpi Syrup: One teaspoon twice a day to calm Vata and help your blood flow.

EXTERNAL CARE

👉Head massage (Shiroabhyanga): Every night, spend 10-15 minutes massaging your head with Bala Taila or Brahmi Taila. Gently press on your temples and the back of your skull. This really helps with the pulsing, dizziness, and tension.

DIET PLAN

✅INCLUDE Warm, cooked meals are good. Think milk, ghee, almonds, dates, and lots of green leafy veggies.

❌AVOID Try to cut back on too much caffeine, tea, and coffee. Also, go easy on super spicy, oily, or processed foods. And try not to eat too late at night

LIFESTYLE * Go for a light walk every day. * Spend 10-15 minutes meditating or doing deep breathing daily. * Get to bed early. Try to avoid stress and overthinking. * Limit your screen time and being around loud noises.

If you suddenly feel much dizzier, get a really bad headache, have trouble seeing, feel weak, or start throwing up, please see a doctor right away. We need to make sure there’s nothing else going on.

With a little patience and these Ayurvedic and lifestyle changes, you should start feeling better.

Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

1. Drakshadi kwatham 15 ml + 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food. 2. Brahmi cap 0-0-1 after food 3. Anutailam 2 drops in each nostril at empty stomach after a steam inhalation.

Do this for 2 weeks and follow up. Keep a regular time for meals. Keep a sleep wake cycle. Go to bed before 10pm Adequate amount of water intake

By these medicines you didn’t get any relief check blood routine. If there is no issue then consult an ENT specialist

Take care, Dr. Shaniba

HELLO,

According to Ayurveda, your symptoms show an imbalance mainly of Vata dosha, with some involvement of Pitta dosha

LETS UNDERSTAND THIS

VATA (movement and nerves) -controls nerves, balance, movement, and circulatio -when disturbed-> dizziness, pulsation, anxiety, instability

PITTA (heat and circulation) -controls blood flow, sensitivity , and sharp sensations -when disturbed-> temple discomfort, pulsating feeling, one-sided head symptoms

WHY LEFT SIDE SYMPTOMS? In Ayurveda, Ardha shiroroga/ Ardhavahaedaka (migraine like disorder) often affects one side of head and May involve -temple pain -ear pulsating -light dizziness -stress sensitivity stress, irregular routine, overthinking, screen exposure, lack of rest-> vata accumulates in head and ear channels, causing pulsation and imbalance

IS THIS DANGEROUS? No, based on your description it appears mild and functional not severe But since it is chronic (months), it needs correction, not neglect

TREATMENT GOALS -calm aggravated vata (main goal) -balance mild pitta -improve head and inner ear circulation -stabilize nerves -reduce stress sensitivity -prevent future worsening

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) BRAHMI VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals for 8 weeks = calms nerves, reduces head discomfort, improves stress tolerance

5) SHIROSHOOLADI VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals = for headache pain

EXTERNAL THERAPIES

1) HEAD OIL MASSAGE= BRAHMI TAILA -daily or at least 4-5 times a week =reduces vata, improves blood circulation, reduces pulsation, relaxes nerves

2) NASYA= Anu taila -instill 2 drops of anu taila in each nostril daily morning after bath empty stomach =nose is gateway to brain, clears vata from head and ear, reduces dizziness and pulsation

3) FOOT MASSAGE= with warm sesame oil at bedtime -controls vata at its root, improves balance, reduces head symptoms

DIET -warm, home cooked meals -rice, wheat, oats -moong dal, massor dal -ghee daily -milk warm if tolerated -Vegetables= bottle gourd, pumpkin, carrot, spinach -Fruits= banana, apple, papaya, pomegranate

LIFESTYLE CHANGES -sleep before 10:30 pm -wake up early -reduce screen time -avoid loud music and earphones -avoid riding bike In strong wind -drink enough warm water

STRESS MANAGEMENT (very important) stress is your main trigger, so -avoid overthinking -take breaks -practice slow breathing -do one thing at a time

PROGNOSIS -this condition is reversible -improvement usually starts in 2-4 weeks -full control in 2-3 months with disciplie -ignoring lifestyle changes can delay recovery

-Your symptoms are functional, not dangerous -Stress is the main root cause -Ayurveda treats both mind and body -Consistency is more important than medicine -Do not safe-medicate long term
