Seeking Ayurvedic Help for My Son's Enlarged Tonsils and Sleep Apnea - #48123

My son is suffering from enlarged tonsils and we got his sleep study done. The result says that we has very severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea caused by enalrged tonsils. He is 3 years old. What in ayurveda can help me? Can we put 1 drop of mamra almond oil in each nostril?
