Managing Sleep Apnea and COPD Symptoms in Winter - #48270

I am told from symptoms that I am struggling with sleep apnea and COPD only in winter. How can I manage or eliminate them. Feeling uncomfortable while breathing any time specially more at night when I am at sleeping position. I am using sleep apnea machine with difficulty in breathing for maximum 3to4 hrs even after practice for last 3 years. Sudden breathing difficulty at night is from last 20 + years only in winter. I am little overweight . Height 5 ft 11 inch, wt 90kg, 61 year old male in teaching profession. I had faced pulmonary symbolism in last 2 years with one repeat ation.Please advice me how to overcome these difficulties
