Hi, According to Ayurveda: “नासा हि शिरसो द्वारम्” (Nose is the gateway to the head) Therefore, Nasya is the most direct and effective Panchakarma therapy for respiratory and allergic conditions.
Eosinophilia is not only physical but also linked to - Stress, Improper breathing patterns, Reduced lung capacity
Recommended Pranayama: Anulom Vilom - Bhramari - Deep diaphragmatic breathing -
1) Anu Taila Nasya - 2 drops in each nostril Empty stomach in morning
2) Shwaskas Chintamani Ras (10 tablet)- mix with Talisadi churna 100 gm - and make 60 equal parts - 2 gm twice a day after food
3) Talisadi Churna - as mentioned above.
