Diagnosis: Chronic sinusitis with morning throat mucus (Kapha accumulation)

Dosha Predominance: Kapha

Prescription: Trikatu Churna – 1/4 teaspoon with warm water, before breakfast and dinner Purpose: Helps digest Kapha, clears mucus from throat and sinuses.

Sitopaladi Churna – 1/2 teaspoon with warm milk or water, twice daily Purpose: Soothes throat, reduces sticky mucus.

Nasya with Anu Taila – 4–6 drops in each nostril, once daily in the morning Purpose: Lubricates nasal passages, clears sinus congestion.

Steam Inhalation – Boil water with 1–2 drops of eucalyptus oil or 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder; inhale 5–10 min every morning Purpose: Loosens mucus in sinuses and throat.

Gargle – Warm saline water, morning and evening Purpose: Clears throat and reduces irritation.

Dietary Advice: Avoid cold, heavy, oily, and dairy-heavy foods in the morning. Favor warm, light, mildly spiced foods (ginger, black pepper, turmeric). Drink warm water throughout the day. Duration: 4–6 weeks, reassess for improvement.
