Diagnosis (Ayurvedic view): Vyadhi type: Vata-Kapha predominant kasa (dry cough, throat irritation) Prescription: 1. Sito paladi Churna – ½ tsp + honey, 2–3 times daily after meals Talisadi Churna – ½ tsp with warm water, 2 times daily (if heavy throat irritation) 2. Home Remedies / Diet: Warm water / herbal teas (Tulsi, Ginger, Honey) Avoid cold, oily, and processed foods Steam inhalation 5–10 min daily 3. Lifestyle: Sleep with head slightly elevated Avoid dust, smoke, and strong odors 4. Duration: 2–4 weeks for initial relief; continue remedies for 6 weeks if needed Follow-up: After 2 weeks to assess improvement; if no relief, consider deeper investigation for asthma or reflux
