Seeking Ayurvedic Remedies for Myopia and Eye Discomfort - #49212

Iam a defence aspirant and preparing for NDA .I have -0.75D AND-0.50D in left and right respectively.and i have to be under -0.75D of astigmatism but for Air forcei need not have it and i have constant dryness everytime and stain and also there is a sticky discharge tha comes out from my eyes every time due to which my eye get blurred and even with specs my eyes are discomforted . Can you please suggest me some methods to get rid of myopia an astigmatism and these constant fatigue and infection asi cannot afford expensive ayurveda treatments so can you suggest me some practices thati can do at home. Asi have approximately 11 months to cure it . Please help me

Diagnosis (Ayurvedic):
➡️ Netra Shushkata + Abhishyanda (dryness, discharge)
➡️ Drishti dosha (myopia/astigmatism – not curable, only managed)
Rx
1) Triphalā jal se netra prakṣālan – morning (clean, cooled)
2)Garam sek  – 5 min, 2× daily
3)Anu taila nasya – 2 drops each nostril, morning
4)Palming – 2 min, 2× daily
5)Screen break every 20 min
Ahar (Diet):
Ghṛta (ghee), palak, gajar, badam
Zyada pani
Teekha, junk, raat ko mobile ❌
