Yes — your symptoms fit Pitta aggravation (burning, redness, pain, photosensitivity). Black cumin (Kalonji) is hot (Ushna) → it worsened Pitta, so stop it. Simple Ayurvedic treatment (cooling & soothing) Avoid (for now) Black cumin, pepper, ginger (raw), garlic Spicy, sour, fried food Late nights, screen overuse, sun exposure For eyes (daily) Wash eyes with cool Triphala water (once daily, morning) Apply rose water drops (plain, preservative-free) Internal cooling Shatavari powder – ½ tsp with cool milk at night or Sapthamritha lauha 1tab bd AF For excess heat Coriander seeds soak overnight → drink water in morning Drink coconut water or plain water frequently

Black cumin is very heating and can worsen eye inflammation and photosensitivity. As condition is more than 6 months, kindly consult offline to an opthalmologist.

-Your symptoms could be due to detox reactions, often seen in Ayurveda. Keep monitoring, but if it worsens, consult a professional directly.
