My 1.5 year old and 3.5 year is having cold(upper respiratory tract) cough and high fever.can I give kabasura kudineer? If yes, how much dosage should be given?

- I saw the same question uploaded by you , in which you mentioned the fever also , so avoid
especially with 102–104°F fever
