-Book an eye doctor visit (pediatric ophthalmologist) as soon as possible. Blurred vision for 1–3 months needs checking. Limit TV/mobile to max 1 hour/day. Encourage outdoor play daily. Ensure good lighting when reading or playing - Watch for squinting, sitting close to TV, eye rubbing ***Diagnosis: Netra Daurbalya (weak eyesight), Pitta-Vata involvement Medicines 1)Saptamrita Lauha 👉 Dose: 3–5 years: 125 mg (¼ tablet) once daily 6–10 years: 250 mg (½ tablet) once daily 👉 With: Honey or ghee, after breakfast 2)Triphala Ghrita 👉 Dose: 3–5 years: 2.5 ml once daily 6–10 years: 5 ml once daily 👉 With: Warm milk, morning 3)Drakshadi Kashayam (optional) 👉 Dose: 3–5 years: 5 ml + 5 ml warm water, once daily 6–10 years: 10 ml + 10 ml warm water, once daily 👉 Before food 4)Anu Taila (Pratimarsha Nasya) 👉 Dose: 1 drop in each nostril Once daily (morning) ⚠️ Only if child cooperates and under guidance -Diet (Pathya) Carrot, pumpkin, spinach Amla, grapes, pomegranate Cow’s ghee (½ tsp daily) Warm, fresh food -Avoid (Apathya) Mobile/TV > 1 hour Junk food, very spicy food Late sleeping -Follow-up After 3–4 weeks Modern eye checkup is strongly recommended (glasses may be needed)

1. Triphala kashyam can be used for eye wash Do it for 3 times in each eyes, twice daily - morning and evening 2. After eye wash you may apply MUKKADI PURAMBADA paste (Mukkadi purambada churna+milk) in the outer surface of eyelids - after applying the paste, 10 min after you may just make it wet by sprinkling milk on the eyelid and then again wait for 10min and then wipe it off - thus a total of 20 min. procedure 3. Jeevantyadi ghrita can be used as kajal in the night only. 4. Saptamrutha louha 1/2 tab at night. Do eye excercise such as close either of the eye and read a sentence. Leafy vegetables and fruits can be included in daily diet Do this for 2 weeks. Then review
