Doctors' responses

Based on your description, I am recommending you some guidance, but please see ideally an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist) because persistent symptoms like yours can have multiple causes bcz 50 times sneezing is not normal. - 1. Shodhana (Cleansing / Detox) **Nasal therapy (Nasya): -Anu Taila or Shadbindu Taila, 4–6 drops in each nostril every morning. Clears nasal passages and reduces sneezing. Steam inhalation with triphala or eucalyptus decoction for 5–10 minutes. Helps loosen mucus and reduce congestion. 2. Shamana (Pacifying / Medicines) -Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water. -Sitopaladi Churna – 1 tsp with honey 2–3 times daily. Helps with cough, mucus, and allergic sneezing. -Tulsi juice – 1 tsp twice daily. 3. Dietary Recommendations Avoid cold, oily, heavy, and processed foods. Limit dairy if it increases mucus. Include warm, light, easily digestible foods. 4. Lifestyle & Home Care Keep your bedroom dust-free; wash bedding regularly. Avoid strong smells, smoke, or pollen. Warm water nasal irrigation or gentle saline rinse daily. Practice Pranayama: Anulom-Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) for 5–10 minutes.
