Can I give my son Sitopaladi Churan with Paracetamol for his cough and fever? - #49453

My son is 9 year old. He got high fever 6 days ago. The fever was between 38-40 celsius. The doctor gave him antibiotics with paracetamol for 5 days. He also had little cough in the start with throat pain. He has finished the antibiotics course today. He have bad cough for the last two days. He also has running nose with white mucus. He still have little fever so the doctor checked agin his lungs ears and everything.asperhim he is getting better just give. Him paracetamol and rest. Can I give him sitopaladi churan and what should be the dose for it. Is it ok to give him with paracetamol. MAny thanksfor your guidance.
