Seeking Alternatives for Retinal Issues and Vision Disturbances - #49588

I have hole in my retina warped vision in my right eye and its starting in my left. I have had scan and can send this upon request. I am 66 years old I also get floaters and flashing lights especially in the morning. I am taking khaseerbala and drakshadi kashayam at the moment but I've been told it is non curable only palliative care, is there anything better to take
