It may increase acidity irritate the stomach lining worsen headache if pitta is high Also It does NOT treat high BP. You take 1. ajmodadi churna- 1spooon with luke warm water. 2. Triphala churna - 1spoon with luke warm water.

Yes , ले सकते हैं , लेकिन बहुत सावधानी से और कम मात्रा में शुरू करें। कैसे लें: 1 छोटा चम्मच (5 ml) सेब का सिरका + 1 गिलास गुनगुना पानी में मिलाकर सुबह खाली पेट। फायदे: कुछ लोगों में पाचन सुधारता है, गैस/फूलना कम करता है। नुकसान / सावधानियाँ: ज्यादा लेने से एसिडिटी, गले में जलन, दांतों का इनेमल खराब हो सकता है अगर पहले से एसिड रिफ्लक्स/गैस्ट्राइटिस है तो बिल्कुल न लें — दर्द बढ़ सकता है 7–10 दिन ट्राय करें → अगर फूलना/दर्द बढ़े तो तुरंत बंद कर दें ✓बेहतर और सुरक्षित विकल्प (सबसे पहले ये आजमाएं) हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण – ½ छोटा चम्मच खाने के बाद गुनगुने पानी के साथ (गैस, फूलना और दर्द में सबसे तेज राहत) अविपत्तिकर चूर्ण – 3 gm रात को सोने से पहले गुनगुने पानी के साथ वज्रासन – हर खाने के बाद 10 मिनट बैठें (पेट की गैस और फूलना बहुत कम होता है) ✓डाइट में छोटे बदलाव खाना धीरे-धीरे चबाकर खाएं रात का खाना 7 बजे तक खत्म ठंडा, तला-भुना, ज्यादा मसालेदार बंद करें गुनगुना पानी दिनभर पिएं (2.5–3 लीटर) डॉ. गुरसिमरन जीत सिंह MD पंचकर्म
