Hello Thank for sharing your concern openly I know it is difficult to treat acne when your digestion does not support you internally But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊 ▪️For your understanding Your acne suggests pitta and rakta imbalance with vata involvement I will explain this in simple words Pitta + Rakta dhusti leading to inflammtion and acne Vaya Imbalance causing -sensitivity of scalp and spread of lesions As your are prone to indigestion but dont worry we can treat this externally and gently also correcting your acne ▪️How to use Gandhaka Rasayana? Mostly this is taken internally but in exceptional cases we can use it externally also ➖For Acne Take 1 -2 pinches of powder mix with -rose water if your skin is sensitive -neem water if now you are having active acne. Apply just for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water In starting apply once weekly once and gradually increase to weekly twice ▪️For Scalp issues Mix 1 pinch gandhak rasyaana with aloe vera gel Apply this only on affected site Leave for 20 minutes and then wash it off with mild herbal shampoo Apply 2-3 times a week ▪️Important -Always do a little patch test -it should not be kept for long as it will cause dryness -Do not use on open wounds -After washing and drying apply moisturizer ▪️Correcting your Agni (digestive fire ) This is simple yet effective practices as you cannot take heavy medicines this will be best for you Also take sukumara ghrita 1 tsp morning empty stomach As acne will not fully settle if your digestion is not balanced -Have a habit of drinking warm water only throughout the day -have jeera and coriander water Avoid Very spicy fermented food Excess sugar and diary products Right now external purification with digestion correction is what your acne needs Wishing you a good skin😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Gandhak Rasayan is traditionally meant for internal use, and using it externally is not standard and can sometimes irritate sensitive or inflamed skin—especially oily, acne-prone skin like yours. –You can make a mild sulfur mask: Take a very small pinch of Gandhak Rasayan powder Mix with: Aloe vera gel (best for inflammation) OR Rose water (if skin tolerates it) - Apply as a thin layer only on acne areas - Leave for 5–10 minutes max - Wash with lukewarm water Frequency: 2 times per week (not daily) ----Watch for: Burning Redness Excess dryness → If this happens, stop immediately 2. For scalp acne / folliculitis You can try a mild scalp pack: Pinch of Gandhak Rasayan Mix with: Aloe vera gel OR Neem paste (if available) - Apply only on affected scalp areas - Leave for 10–15 minutes -Wash with a gentle shampoo Frequency: 1–2 times per week
