Aap jo batā rahe hain, usmein sharir ki kamzori aur patlāpan zyada tar adhik sharirik kshaya (over-exertion) aur lifestyle imbalance se hota hai. Bahut adhik baar masturbation karne se sharir thak jata hai, energy aur poshan dhire dhire kam hone lagta hai. Sabse pehle is frequency ko control karna zaroori hai. Dheere dheere isse kam karke hafte mein 1–2 baar tak le aayen. Isse sharir ko recover hone ka samay milega. Khana aur lifestyle par dhyaan dena bahut important hai. Garam, poshtik aur easily digest hone wala khana lein. Doodh, ghee, dry fruits (badam, khajoor) ko diet mein include karein. Bahar ka junk food, late night jagna aur stress ko kam karein. Thoda halka exercise ya walk shuru karein, isse appetite aur strength dono improve hoti hain. Ghar par raat ko sone se pehle 1 glass garam doodh mein 1 tsp ghee ya 2–3 bhige hue badam lena faydemand rahega. Ashwagandha milk bhi sharir ko majboot karta hai. Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon garam doodh ke saath raat ko Shatavari churna – 1 teaspoon doodh ke saath subah ya shaam Chyawanprash – 1 teaspoon subah khaali pet Yeh sharir ko poshan dene, weight badhane aur strength improve karne mein madad karega.
