Bahut adhik baar masturbation karne se sharir thak jata hai, energy aur poshan dhire dhire kam hone lagta hai. Sabse pehle is frequency ko control karna zaroori hai. Dheere dheere isse kam karke hafte mein 1–2 baar tak le aayen. Isse sharir ko recover hone ka samay milega. Khana aur lifestyle par dhyaan dena bahut important hai. Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon garam doodh ke saath raat ko Shatavari churna – 1 teaspoon doodh ke saath subah ya shaam Chyawanprash – 1 teaspoon subah khaali pet Yeh sharir ko poshan dene, weight badhane aur strength improve karne mein madad karega.
