I am feeling really frustrated and worried about my ongoing respiratory issues, and I’ve been reading about thuthuvalai. So, I thought I’d reach out and see if someone here has any good info! So, its been a while since I’ve had these chronic problems like coughing, wheezing, and sometimes I even struggle to get enough air. It’s just annoying, right? I guess it started about a year ago after a particularly bad flu season, and since then, I’m constantly looking for ways to ease my discomfort. My doctor has put me on a couple of medications, but honestly, they don’t seem to help that much. I’ve heard thuthuvalai can be beneficial for respiratory health, but I feel like there’s so much info out there, and I’m not sure what’s true and what’s just a myth. I tried some Ayurvedic remedies in the past, and even though some were okay, I feel like thuthuvalai has a special reputation. Internet says it’s great for clearing the respiratory tract, reducing inflammation, and just overall giving your lungs a boost! But I'm a little skeptical too. Like, does it really work or is it just another herbal hype thing? I have questions, like how do you use thuthuvalai? Should I make a tea, or is it better as a powder? And how much should I take?
