I am struggling with chronic breathing issues lately, and it's been so overwhelming. Been dealing with this cough and tightness in my chest, and like, I just can't shake it off! I heard about astha foods and how they might be helpful, but I'm honestly super confused about what that even means. I mean, I want to eat healthy, but it feels like every time I try to look it up, it’s just a jumble of advice that doesn’t stick in my head, you know? So, I went to see my doc, and after running some tests, they said it looks like I have early signs of asthma or something, which freaked me out a bit. I’ve been told that I should be really careful with what I eat. Is there a list or something like a go-to guide for astha foods? I mean, what do I avoid, and what’s actually gonna help me? I read somewhere that spices like turmeric could be good? But then I also saw that dairy can cause mucus, which seems like the opposite of what I need. Also, it feels like every time I try to cook something healthy, I end up messing it up or just not having the time. Between work and life stuff, it’s like, where do I find the time to figure all this out? Anyone else feel like the universe is against them when they try to eat healthy? So back to astha foods, I'm just hoping there's someone out there who can break it down for me. Like, what do I stock up on? What recipes are simple but effective?
