I am dealing with this annoying cough that just won’t go away, and I’m really considering ayur cough syrup. It all started like a few weeks ago when I caught a cold, but the cough just kinda stuck around, you know? It's like my throat feels itchy all the time, and I cough pretty much throughout the day. I tried some over-the-counter meds but they didn't even help that much. A friend mentioned ayur cough syrup might be a more natural remedy, espeshally since I’ve been trying to live healthier lately. I’m curious about how effective ayur cough syrup is for easing persistent coughs. Has anyone here had experience with it? I mean, does it really work? I also wonder what herbs or ingredients usually go into ayur cough syrup, like do they really help more than the synthetic stuff? Sometimes I feel like the cough is worse at night, which really messes with my sleep! I'm also a bit worried about if I can mix ayur cough syrup with other things like tea or honey since I’m always drinking warm liquids. If I start using this ayur cough syrup, how long should I expect to feel some relief, like would it be instant or does it take a few days? Would love any experiences or insights cause this cough is driving me crazy! Thanks a bunch!

in ayurveda we have many formulations for cough ayur cough syrup is also a good medicine for the cough but we want to diagnose the type of cough (productive or not) depending on that only we can prescribe u the medicine at present situation for the time being take that syrup for at least 10 days if u feel relief then no need of further treatment
