I am dealing with some lingering cough and congestion that just won’t go away. A friend mentioned talisadi churna uses, saying it's great for respiratory issues — but honestly, I’m feeling pretty unsure. So last week, I tried it but didn’t really notice much change. I thought, maybe I'm using it wrong? 🤔 I heard it’s supposed to help with boosting immunity too, but does it aid in digestion or just with coughs? My energy levels are low lately, and I'm curious if talisadi churna uses also include helping with that... Anyone had real experience with this??? I could really use some guidance!
