I have COPD and bronchiectasis. Symptoms include extreme breathlessness,excess mucous from lungs. I also have oxygen saturation of 94 % average.My peak flow reading is 150 . I constantly cough and it's worse when I lie down causing excessive burping.

Avoid dairy and bakery products. Regular exercise and breathing exercise. Steam inhalation twice a day. Avoid chilled & processed food. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Bresol 2-0-2 Sy.Broncorid 10ml three times Tab.Immunocin 2-0-2

Don’t worry, First of all excessive kaphavardhak ahar vihar like too sweet,sour,salty food,cold items,oily and fried food ,guru ahar(heavy to digest)etc.

Start taking these medications for 15 days, 1.Dashmoolkatutraya kashaya 20ml with 30ml of lukewarm water empty stomach twice in a day. 2.vyoshadi vati 2-0-2 3.Aarogyavardhini vati 1-0-1 4.mincof cough syp. 2 tsf thrice in a day. 5.Agastyaharitaki rasayana 1tsf with lukewarm water twice in a day. **Steam inhalation with a capsule of HALIN DROPS. Follow up after 15 days. TAKE CARE😊
