High IGE level how to reduce it - #26859

I recently have done blood test and found high IGE level of 3200. I have allergy from deep frost cold water and dust. Because of this I used to feel shorness of breath once every year. What should I do to decrease it I am taking himalya bressol once a day without doctor advise. is there anything I can do to lower down the numbers and how much time it will take to see significant decrease in number.
