I am really stressed out lately and not sure what's going on with my health. Last month, I started feeling this nagging cough that just won’t go away. It’s not super intense, but it’s definitely annoying, like I'm constantly clearing my throat. I went to a doctor and they said it might be something viral, but the cough just hangs on, you know? A friend mentioned combining an Ayurvedic approach, and they recommended Malabar Brihat Vasakadi Kashayam. Honestly, I have no clue about it or if it’ll help. I read somewhere that it’s supposed to be good for respiratory issues, so I thought maybe I should give it a shot. I’ve tried honey and lemon, which kinda helps, but not really. I don’t love the thought of relying on over-the-counter meds. Has anyone had experience with Malabar Brihat Vasakadi Kashayam? Like, does it really help with coughs and breathing problems? Is there a best way to take it? How long does it usually take to see some results?
