I feel wheezing and breathlessness Along with this is have gastric issues and bloating I have wheezing from 15 years but just once in a year But now from past 1 month I am feeling breathless. I am taking inhaler. Along with thisI have lot of gastric problem

First of all avoid excessive kaphavardhak ahar vihar like excessive sweet, sour, salty food, guru ahar(heavy to digest)like refined flour, oily and fried food ,cold items etc…

And start taking these medications,

1.Dashmoolkatutraya kashaya 20ml with 30ml of lukewarm water empty stomach twice in a day. 2.Aarogyavardhini vati 1-1-1 3.Tab. bresol 1-1-1 4.Vyoshadi vati 2-0-2

*Daily Steam inhalation with a capsule of HALIN DROPS of NAGARJUNA.
