I am really struggling with my respiratory health lately. Just a couple of months ago, I started feeling really out of breath, even with little exertion. Like, walking up the stairs would leave me gasping! I went to see a doctor and they didn’t find much, maybe just a mild infection, but I still have this lingering cough that’s bothering me more and more. Coughing at night has made sleep hard, and I haven't been myself—just tired and grumpy all the time, ugh. I heard about Dhootapapeshwar Kas Shwas Hari Ras Tablets from a friend who swears by them for these kinds of issues and says they’ve helped her sister with similar symptoms. I’m curious if any of you have using these tablets? I mean, do they really help with breathlessness and coughing? I feel like trying something more natural since the usual meds aren’t doing much, you know? Thinking about starting them this week but not sure what dosage would work best.
