I am kinda freaking out a little about my recent cough that doesn't seem to go away. My son had this bad cold last month and I thought I’d dodged the bullet, but nope, here I am, stuck with this cough for over a week now. It's mostly dry but sometimes turns into this weird wheezy thing when I try to breathe deeply. My throat kinda feels scratchy all the time, which is freaking annoying. I read online about A.J. Cough Churna and its supposed benefits for cough relief and respiratory support. My brother-in-law swears by this stuff, saying it worked wonders for his allergies, but I’m not sure. Like, how exactly does A.J. Cough Churna work? Is it safe for me to take considering I’ve also got a bit of a sensitive stomach these days? I don't wanna make it worse. Also, what are the really important dosages? I’ve seen different recommendations and it’s confusing. Do I just mix it with warm water or something? I really need to get back to normal because I have a big project at work and can’t let this cough drag me down. Any advice on A.J. Cough Churna or how to handle this cough would be super helpful!
