I am really in need of some advice because I’ve been dealing with this annoying cough for a while now. It started about a month ago, and honestly, it has been driving me nuts! I tried all those over-the-counter meds, but nothing seems to work. I heard about this Agatsya Aushadh Yashtimadhu Churna and some people said it could really help with the throat. Last week, I finally decided to give it a shot since I read somewhere it's good for respiratory issues. I mixed it with honey, just like they suggested, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right! The thing is, the first couple of days felt good, but then I started coughing again, like the same dry cough that won’t let me sleep at night. It’s super frustrating! I also have this weird feeling of tightness in my chest like when you feel a cold coming or something. Should I keep using the Agatsya Aushadh Yashtimadhu Churna? Has anyone had success with it for a cough like mine? I’m wondering if there's a specific dosage that works better because I might be using too little or too much?
