I am really struggling with some respiratory issues lately, like my cough just won’t go away. It started a couple of months ago when the weather changed, but now it's way more persistent. I’ve been using various medications, but frankly, they just haven’t helped, which is super frustrating. A friend suggested Dhootapapeshwar Sitopaladi Choorna and said it could be great for my cough and throat irritation, especially since it’s supposed to balance the doshas. But I’m a bit confused, like, I don’t even know how to take it—should I mix it with warm water or honey or something? And I read somewhere that it can help with digestion too, which honestly is a whole other issue. Sometimes my stomach feels bloated, which adds to my overall discomfort, and I'm worried if that is related.
