I am dealing with this really annoying cold right now, like I can't catch a break! My nose is stuffy, I'm sneezing every few minutes, and my throat feels like sandpaper — ugh! Anways, I remembered my grandmother always used to swear by Zandu Sardija Vaporub whenever she had these kinds of issues. I found a jar in my cabinet and decided to give it a try, but I have a couple of questions. Last night I put some Zandu Sardija Vaporub on my chest and under my nose, and it did feel soothing for a bit, but then I started to worry if it's ok to use it that much, ya know? Should I spread it all over or just in those few spots? Also, how often can I use Zandu Sardija Vaporub in a day? I kinda want to feel better fast! I mean, I don’t want to overdo it and end up with some weird reaction or something. Should I combine Zandu Sardija Vaporub with other remedies for colds or just stick to this one? Any advice would be super helpful because, honestly, I am done feeling crummy! Thanks!
