I am kinda worried about my health right now. I've been dealing with this annoying cough and fatigue for weeks. It all started after I caught a cold, and now it just won't go away! I read about Baidyanath Supari Pak and even got some from a local store. Everyone says it helps boost immunity and helps with respiratory issues. I started taking it like the box says, but I'm not really sure if I'm doing it right or if it's even helping at all. I mean, I've been trying to eat healthier too – adding more fruits and veggies, but the cough is still persistent, and I'm feeling bit out of energy during the day. I’ve also had this weird taste in my mouth since I started Baidyanath Supari Pak. I thought it would help me feel better faster, but I honestly don’t know how long I should keep taking it. Are there specific signs I should look for to know if the Baidyanath Supari Pak is working? Like, am I supposed to be feeling different?
