I am really struggling with this heaviness in my chest and I’ve been reading about how to remove kapha from chest, but honestly, I’m not sure where to start. This started a few months ago after I got a bad cold. Ever since then, there's just been this persistent tightness. Sometimes it feels like I’m breathing through a straw. I mean, I do feel a bit sluggish too, like my energy is just stuck! I tried some home remedies, like warm ginger tea, thinking it might help clear things up, but not much luck there. I read that kapha can lead to mucus buildup, right? Like, is that what's happening with me? Now I’m worried that I might need something more, you know, like oils or herbs. I want to know how to remove kapha from chest specifically. Do certain foods help? Or maybe herbal concoctions? I even thought about doing an Ayurvedic cleanse, but I'm a bit scared of doing it wrong. I've looked at some recipes online, but they all sound super complicated. Like, should I just focus on diet changes or is there something else that I really need to do? Any advice would mean a lot, seriously! Thanks in advance!

Removing Kapha from the chest indeed involves addressing mucus buildup and that heavyness you’re feeling.
