I am really confused and a bit concerned with what I'm dealing with right now. Lately, I’ve been battling this infection—it started with a nasty sore throat and then spread to this persistent cough that won't go away. Honestly, it's become kind of overwhelming. I tried going to the doctor, but they just prescribed me antibiotics, and I’d much rather look for alternatives. It got me thinking, what kills infection naturally? I’ve heard about herbal remedies and stuff, but I have no clue where to start. My grandma always used to say things like garlic and honey work miracles, but is there any truth to that? The other day I started mixing ginger and turmeric in my tea; it’s actually pretty good, but is that enough??? I feel like I need something stronger—I read somewhere about some essential oils being helpful too. I mean, I want to boost my immune system but really want to know, what kills infection naturally?
