I am really struggling with this cough that's been hanging around for weeks now. My doc said it might be a viral infection, but honestly, I feel like I've tried everything! I came across sitopaladi churna and read that it can help with respiratory issues. But like, how to take sitopaladi churna? I’m confused about the dosage and when I should take it. Should I mix it with honey or something else? Last week, I tried to take it with warm water, but it was kinda yucky and I’m not sure if I did it right. Sometimes I cough so hard I feel like I can't breathe properly, and my friends keep suggesting I try this sitopaladi churna, but I want to make sure I’m doing it correctly.
