I am really confused about how to use sitopaladi churna. Lately, I've been struggling with my respiratory health. Like, a month ago, I caught this bad cold that just wouldn’t go away. I thought it was a regular thing, but then things got worse – I was coughing like crazy, and my throat was super scratchy all the time. My friend suggested trying sitopaladi churna since it’s supposed to help with cough and cold. I went ahead and bought some, but I’m not totally sure how to use sitopaladi churna properly. I’ve read that you can mix it with honey, but does it matter how much? And like, can I take it with warm water? Also, how long does it usually take to feel better?
