I am feeling really lost right now. My son has had this awful cough for weeks, and nothing seems to be helping. It’s dry and persistent, and we’ve tried syrups and lozenges, but I read somewhere about how to use divya dhara for cough. My friend swears by it, and I want to find out more because I’d love to avoid more medicines if possible. Last week, I saw a slight improvement when he tried warm honey mixed with lemon, but then the cough came back like it never went away! It’s been really tough since he’s missing school, and honestly, I have started to worry. I heard that divya dhara could be used for various respiratory issues and really wanted some kind of natural remedy for my little guy. But, how do you actually use divya dhara for cough? Like, what’s the proper dosage? Should he take it with warm water or something? Is there a specific time when to give it? Divya Dhara is traditionally known for its use in respiratory issues due to its potent aromatic herbs that help in calming coughs and clearing congestion. Here’s a practical guide on how to use it:

Application Method: For a child, topical application is typically preferred. Apply a very small amount of Divya Dhara on the chest and throat area. This external use can help clear the airways by stimulating the body’s natural response to respiratory congestion.

Inhalation Method: Adding a drop of Divya Dhara into a bowl of hot water for steam inhalation is another effective way, but this method could be a little intense for kids. If you decide to go this route, ensure he inhales this steam while keeping eyes closed, for short spans of about 5-10 minutes. You may sit with him, to make sure it’s comfortable.
