In Ayurveda, such conditions often relate to Vata and Kapha imbalances due to changes in environmental factors impacting the body’s natural state. Initially, addressing these imbalances is crucial.

For the wheezing and shortness of breath, a specific Ayurvedic herb mixture can be beneficial. Consider using licorice (Yashtimadhu) and Sitopaladi Churna. Yashtimadhu can soothe the respiratory tract while Sitopaladi helps clear excess mucus, balancing Kapha.
