Hello I get how annoying it must be dealing with a lung thing and a cough that won’t quit, especially at night, for the past couple of months. Coughing that won’t stop, mainly when you’re trying to sleep, not only messes up your rest but can make your lungs and your immune system weak. Don’t stress too much! With the right Ayurveda stuff and a few changes to how you live, things can get better, like, a lot.

AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING

Based on what you’re saying, it sounds like it could be: * A long-lasting cough * Some kind of breathing worry * Too much Kapha and Vata Dosha, with gunk (toxins) building up in your breathing pipes.

The fact that you have a lung thing hints that Kapha is all thick and gunky, stopping air from flowing properly and causing swelling.

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

INTERNAL MEDICATION

Sitopaladi Churna – ½ tsp twice a day with honey Talisadi Churna – ½ tsp twice a day Vasavaleha – 1 tsp twice a day after you eat Chyawanprash – 1 tsp in the morning

For the lung itself:

Kanakasava – 15 ml with the same amount of water, twice a day Maha Sudarshan Ghan Vati 1-0-1 after food – for a cough that just won’t go away

2. HOME REMEDIES –Turmeric milk before bed –Steam with eucalyptus –Ginger + honey paste before you sleep –Sip warm water all day long

DIET AND LIFESTYLE

AVOID –cold stuff or have ice cream – Eat fried, greasy grub –Eat curd at night or snack on baked stuff –Smoke or be around smoke

INCLUDE – Eat warm, light meals – Have soup – Eat dinner early – Sleep with your head propped up a bit – Do some easy breathing exercises

Since the CT scan shows a lung infection and you’ve been having symptoms for 2 months, you should follow the treatment consistently

Ayurveda will: * Make you cough less * Get rid of the gunk * Help your lungs heal * Stop it from happening again

If you stick with the plan, your lungs should bounce back.

How Ayurveda Understands This Problem

1. What is happening inside your body? According to Ayurveda: -Your lungs (Pranavaha Srotas) are affected -Kapha Dosha (phlegm, mucus) has accumulated deeply in the lungs -Vata Dosha (air movement) is disturbed, causing repeated coughing -Due to long duration, body immunity is weakened -Infection indicates Ama (toxins) + Pitta involvement

This condition is commonly described as: -Jirna Kasa (chronic cough) -With features of Kaphaja Kasa -Sometimes overlapping with Tamaka Shwasa (asthma-like condition)

Why Cough Is Worse at Night At night: -Kapha naturally increases -Lying down causes mucus to settle in lungs -Airways become narrow -This triggers repeated coughing fits That is why night cough is an important warning sign.

TREATMENT GOALS -Clear infection and toxins from lungs -Liquefy and expel thick mucus -Heal damaged lung tissue -Reduce night cough -Improve lung strength and immunity -Prevent recurrence

Internal medications

A. Sitopaladi Churna=1/2 tsp with honey twice dailyy after meals for 8 weeks =Reduces cough frequency, Clears Kapha from lungs, Acts as mild antimicrobial, Soothes throat and bronchial lining
