Advice for Managing Sinus Congestion from Covid - #51553
My husband tested positive for Covid 3 days ago.His biggest complaint is sinus congestion. He tried to neti pot yesterday, but the water couldn’t pass through. What suggestions do you have? I was looking into nasya, but not sure which oils is best. We have ghee, coconut oil, sesame (I read sesame isn’t good for extreme congestion??). I also have many essential oils for steaming. Thanks for any advice!
