Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas play a significant role here, and often allergic bronchitis is tied with Kapha imbalance - think of it like excess mucus, congested feeling. Have you tried noticing if anything, like weather changes, particular foods (dairy, cold stuff?), triggers your symptoms? Identifying such triggers can be key.
