Could you please share more about your diet, stress levels, sleep patterns, and any emotional factors you might be experiencing? Additionally, are there any specific foods or situations that seem to trigger your symptoms, such as acidity or burping? Are you experiencing any changes in bowel movements, such as constipation or diarrhea? Any history of irregular eating habits or overeating?

From an Ayurvedic perspective, the symptoms you describe could be indicative of an imbalance in the Pitta dosha, which governs digestion and metabolism. Excess Pitta can lead to increased hunger, acidity, and digestive discomfort. The mild H. pylori infection could be contributing to an aggravated digestive fire (Agni), leading to improper digestion and frequent hunger.

To help manage your symptoms, you can try Ayurvedic remedies such as Triphala to support digestion and cleanse the system, Amla (Indian Gooseberry) to balance acidity, and Licorice root to soothe the stomach lining and reduce irritation. A warm water drink with a pinch of Cumin and Fennel seeds after meals may also aid in digestion. Additionally, practicing mindfulness, reducing stress, and adopting a routine with smaller, more frequent meals can help.

If i eat fruit that doesn’t fill my stomach i have to take a meal don’t know why, it would be helpful if you share a diet chart to overcome this problem, Thank you in advance

Ah, feeling hungry right after meals is frustrating, right? And with all the medical tests showing normal results but those symptoms sticking around, ugh! Here’s how Ayurveda might interpret it: Everything starts with agni, the digestive fire. When it’s off balance, things get a little wonky. Based on what you’re saying, it sounds like your digestive fire could be too strong – or maybe just a bit unpredictable. Now, mild H. pylori could be playing its own mischief too, but let’s talk about practical stuff you can do right now.

First, how about starting with checking your diet? Ayurveda always looks at things through the lens of doshas. If you’re experiencing lots of burping and acidity, your vata and pitta might be out of sync. Try eating more grounding and cooling foods - like cooked vegetables, well-cooked grains like white rice, and fruits like pears or apples. Avoid raw, heavy or too hot-spicey foods for a bit, okay?

Include some ginger tea in your daily routine, it’s awesome for balancing digestion. Just boil some sliced ginger for 5-10 minutes and sip it warm through the day. Also, try not to eat too fast or when you’re in a rush. Eat in a relaxed state, focused on your meal, and see if this helps calm things down.

Now, let’s address the fatigue and dizziness. Could be that your body’s craving routine – consistent meal times, regular sleep (super important!), and a bit of light exercise, like a brisk walk? That’s really great for building strength and grounding vata.

Finally, let’s not forget pranayama, a simple breathing exercise. Do nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) daily for about 5 minutes. It’s brilliant for calming the mind and soothing digestion.

But, hey if things don’t improve, always keep in touch with your doctor too. Just in case some medical intervention is needed, you know? Stay curious, and feel free to check back if you have more questions!

Thanks so much for clarifying this! I had no idea mixing meds could be risky. I'll stick to my doctor's meds and look into Ayurveda separately.
