Aapke concern ko samjh sakta hoon, aur Ayurveda mein acchi tarah se guid karne ki koshish karunga. Pehle toh is baat ko samjhna zaroori hai ki vajan badhna tabhi sambhav hai jab aapka digestion thik se ho aur aahaar se poshak tatv achhe se absorb ho.

Pehli chizz jo aap kar sakte hain wo hai aapni agni ko majboot karna. Har din subah nimbu paani me thoda sa namak dal ke peeye. Yeh aapki agni ko sudharne ke liye madad karega. Iske alawa, khane se pahle adrak ke ek tukde par thoda sa namak laga kar khayen. Yeh aapke digestive enzymes ko activate karega.

Aapko khane mein vata pacifying diet lena chahiye. Jaise ki ghee daal kar paka hua khana, doodh aur dairy products, garmi dene wale masale jaise elaichi, dalchini wagaira. Puran ghii ya makkhan joda kare. Daahi aur lasssi bhi le sakte hain, lekin inhe din ke time liye jaye.
