I am feeling kinda confused about how to use gulkand, and I really hope someone can help. Just last week, I was chatting with my grandma, who swears by gulkand for everything from digestion to energy. She recommended it for my constant fatigue and stomach bloating, but I'm not really sure how to incorporate this into my daily routine. Like, is there a specific amount I should be taking? I tried just a spoonful mixed in water, but it just didn't feel right. I’ve read that gulkand is supposed to be cooling and great for summer, but what if it doesn’t suit me? Also heard it can help with skin issues too, but does that mean I can apply it or something? I wonder, how to use gulkand in different ways? Should I be cautious or is it safe for everyone?
