I am really struggling with my weight lately, and I keep hearing about moringa powder. A friend mentioned that it has some amazing benefits, especially when it comes to weight loss. I'm just not sure if I should give it a try or if it’s all just hype. A few months ago, I started eating healthier and working out, but I hit this awful plateau. It’s kinda frustrating, honestly! I also feel bloated a lot, and some days I really crave sweets, which doesn't help at all. I read somewhere that moringa powder helps in weight loss and that it might even boost metabolism or something like that, which sounds great! But like, does moringa powder help in weight loss? I know some superfoods make big promises, and I really don’t want to waste my time or money. I've thought about adding it into my smoothies but specially if it really works. Has anyone had success using moringa powder, and if so, how did you use it? Like, do I have to take it a certain way or at a specific time? I’m just soooo confused. Also, should I be concerned about any side effects or interactions with other stuff I take? Just trying to figure out if this could actually help, you know?
