Both soaked chia seeds and cucumber juice are generally safe for daily use if digestion (Agni) is good and there are no symptoms. 1. Soaked chia seeds Act as cooling, hydrating, and mildly laxative Good for Pitta balance and energy Always take well-soaked (20–30 min) Avoid excess → may cause bloating or weak digestion (Ama formation) 2. Cucumber juice (morning) Sheeta (cooling), hydrates body, supports skin & urine flow Helps reduce body heat and mild acidity Best in summer / warm climate Note If you develop loose stools, heaviness, or low digestion, reduce quantity Avoid combining with very cold foods or milk In people with weak digestion or high Kapha, take in moderation
