Sabse pehle, aap apni lifestyle pe nazar dalen. Stress aur tension ED ko badhawa de sakti hain. Kuch relaxation techniques ka try karein. Shavasana ya pranayama jaise exercises din ke routine mein shamil kar sakte hain. Deep breathing helps to calm the mind.

Diet bhi role play karti hai. Khane mein sahi nutrients shamil karke body ko theek se function karne madad hoti hai. Aapko badam, kaju, akhrot aur khajoor jaise dry fruits lene chahiye. Yeh aapki energy aur stamina ko improve karne mein help kar sakte hain. Aur, zyada spicy aur fried food se thoda door rahen, digestion pe bharosa rakhna padta hai.
