Breast cysts are fluid-filled sacs that often fluctuate with hormonal changes, especially estrogen levels. Since you're in perimenopause, your estrogen levels are shifting, which may still contribute to cyst formation. Many doctors suggest that cysts shrink or disappear after menopause when estrogen levels drop, but this isn’t always the case for everyone. adv. 1.kanchnaar guggulu 1 tab bd 2.trifla powder 1/2tsf with leukworm water 3.erand tail(castor oil) abhyang(gentle massage on affected area) Since your cyst is painful at times, using castor oil packs regularly and reducing estrogen dominance can help. If it persists or changes in nature, it's always good to monitor it with regular checkups. you can follow the steps of SBE(self breast examination) Avoid estrogen-rich foods (soya, processed, dairy and overfried food) in your diet.
