Avoid spicy food, green chilli, fermented foods, maida, fried food, having more tea or coffee, avoid any addiction Avoid untimely sleeping Do pranayama atleast 15 mins daily and gradually increase the number of mins Do trataka Do head massage with himasagara taila on alternate days Read the books of your interest Try to learn daily new things improve your skills Chant your ishta devata mantra If possible visit the nearby panchakarma centre and take one course of shirodhara
