Lagta hai aapko digestive issue ke sath mental stress bhi hai. Ayurveda mein, ye samasya aksar वात (Vata) dosha ke prakop se hoti hai. Gastric problem aur stress ka milkar impact aapke mental aur physical health ko affect kar raha hai. Sabse pehle, aap apna digestion theek karne par dhyan de. Khane mein halka aur saanpurna bhojan lein jaise ki khichdi, moong dal soup, aur cooked vegetables. Heavy, spicy, ya oili food se bachein. Din mein 2-3 baar warm water sip karne ki aadat dalen, ye digestion mein madad karega. Gastric troubles aur unse judi aanshanti ke liye, Aloe Vera aur Triphala churn ko din mein ek baar lein. Ye pachan sudharne aur gut health ko behtar banane mein useful hain. Yoga aur dhyan (meditation) stress aur anxiety ko kam karne mein bhut helpful hotay hain.
